Our goal at Lew B. Sample Orthodontics is to make orthodontic treatment affordable for everyone. Dr. Lew B. Sample offers a variety of payment options to meet their needs, including:
- Full-payment discount
- No-interest financing with a low down payment and low monthly payments through our office and the CareCredit system.
- Multi-family member discount
Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. As a matter of convenience to patients, Dr. Sample also offers an automatic draft from checking accounts or credit cards.
Your treatment fee includes:
- Records and X-rays
- All appliances
- All orthodontic visits including emergencies
- One set of retainers
We will review all the fees associated with treatment and the financial options available during your complimentary orthodontic consultation. It is our goal to provide the highest quality of orthodontic treatment that is affordable to you and your family!
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
